Department of Complex Use of Water Resources
The department has successfully prepared many PhD and 3 DSc dissertations. Currently the postgraduate students are working on the problems of water resources management, creation of large energy-complexes, regime of spillways in laboratory experiments.
Members of the staff: Prof., DSc D.V. Kozlov, Prof., PhD E.S. Beglyarova, Docent, PhD L. D. Ratkovich, Prof., PhD A.P. Guryev, Docents, PhD I.V. Glazunova, V.N. Markin are supervising the research of many PhD Students.
In 2002 D.V. Kozlov successfully presented his DSc thesis "Developments of a theory and methods of hydraulic and hydro-technical calculations of reservoirs and stream flows covered in ice".
