Teaching of Philosophy includes 2 blocks: - Basic part where the students acquire the fundamentals of philosophical knowledge; - Elective part. Some of the courses read during the last 10 years: - "Philosophical problems of the theory and practice of melioration" (Prof. R. M. Orlov) - "Civilization, Ecology, Environmental Engineering" (Prof. R.M. Orlov) - "Philosophical portraits of the 20th century thinkers" (Docent S.L. Grigoryev) - "The Bible as an important cultural monument" (Docent E.I. Rakova) - "Ethics of managerial relations" (V. I. Kuznetsova) - "Beauty and morality" (Docent M.I. Larionova) The department holds lessons with the postgraduates based on the scientific interests of students and dealing with the philosophical and cultural problems.
