    Krasnoshchekov Valentin Nikolaevich, Vice Chancellor, Science (2003), Doctor of Economic Sciences (2002), Professor (2003).
    In 1979 completed with High Distinction his studies in the Faculty of Economics and Water Management of MHMI (currently MSUEE) with the specialty of Engineer-Economist. His total length of academic and scientific service is 23 years.
 
    Scientific Activity: Economic Evaluation of Natural Resources; Methodics of Ecologic-Economic estimate of complex Melioration; Mechanism of stimulation and financial assurance of the rational development and conservation of natural resources; Ecologic-Economic evaluation of the effectiveness of investments; complex marketing research.
 
    Social-scientific and pedagogical activity: member of the Learned Council of the Faculty of Economics (since  1986); member of the Learned Council of MSUEE (since 2003); member of Methodological Council of MSUEE (since 1999); member of the Council for Coordination attached to the Ministry of Natural Resources of RF (since 2002).
    Participated as a Responsible Executive in the Scientific Research in various contracts with the Ministry of Agriculture of RF and Agricultural corporations; during the State Expertise "Methodological Recommendations for the evaluation of the effectiveness of meliorational measures" (2001-2002); during the preparation of the project of Federal Law  "On introduction of modifications and additions to the Water Codex of RF" (2002-2003) etc.
   Participated in various International and All-Russia Conferences, Congresses, Symposiums and Seminars.
    MainPublications: 74 publications, among which 7 in Educational Methodics and 67 scientific papers.
