Kozlov Dmitri Viacheslavovich


    Kozlov Dmitri Viacheslavovich (born in 1964 in Moscow) is the First Vice Chancellor, First Vice Chancellor for Educational Process.
    In 1986 he completed his studies in Faculty of Hydro-Technical and Hydro-Meliorational Constructions of the Moscow Hydro-Melioration Institute (currently MSUEE) with High Distinction, his specialty - Hydro-Technical Engineering. From  1986 to 1989 - Engineer, Senior Engineer of the Department of Water Management Balances and Regulation of River Curents of the Research Institutut SoyuzGyprovodkhoz. From 1989 to 1992 he was a PhD Aspirant of MHMI, from 1990 - Assistant in the Chair of Complex Utilization and Conservation of the Water Resources.In 1992 he successfuly presented his PhD Thesis. From 1992 to 1994 - Vice Dean of the Construction Faculty, since 1994 - Dean of the Constructions Faculty of MSUEE. Since 1996 he carries the title of a Docent in the Chair Complex Utilization and Conservation of the Water Resources. Since 1997 - Vice Chancellor MSUEE.
    He Participated and coordinated Scientific and Educational Methodological Projects "Technico-Economical Estimate of the construction of the Hydro-Electrical Station on Ust'-Srednekansk, Kolyma River" (1989-1992), "Danger of winter floods in the rivers of Russia" (1997, 2001), "Ecological formation of the population" (2000, 2001). Organizer and participant of International and All-Russia Exhibitions "Stroiekologia", "Education and Career" and Conferences "Sprirituality and Ecology".
    D. V. Kozlov is an autohor of two monographs, text-book "Military ecology", ten learning-aids, among which two with the approval and stamp of the Ministry of Education of RF and Ministry of Africulture of RF, four exemplary Teaching Programs "Water resources and their utilization". D. V. Kozlov has published more then 40 scientific papers, some of them in other countries. Since 1994 D. V. Kozlov is the Head of the Educational-Methodological Council on specialty 320800 "Environmental Management of Territories". He has highly developed organizational skills as well as scientific and practical knowledge in the areas of methodological assurance of the educational process.
